To reserve your date, simply submit an inquiry through our website. Our team will confirm availability and provide booking details, including the required deposit.
02What is included in the venue-only rental?
Our venue-only rental includes access to our intimate two-level event space and the following amenities:
- 30 Clear Chairs
- 3 Six-Foot Tables
- 3 Four-Foot Tables
- Black Table Linens
- 1 Black Backdrop
Additional décor, furniture, and event services are available upon request.
03Can I bring my own food, decorations, and vendors?
Outside catering, decorations, and vendors are welcome, subject to our venue guidelines and policies. Please contact us regarding any specific requirements or restrictions.
04How many guests can Mingled Spaces accommodate?
Mingled Spaces is an intimate boutique venue designed to accommodate approximately 40–50 guests, depending on your event layout and seating arrangements.
05Do you offer event packages and additional services?
Absolutely! We offer three event experiences:
- Venue-Only Rental: Starting at $895
- Venue + Décor: Starting at $1,895
- Venue + Décor + Catering: Starting at $2,995
Additional services, including professional bartending, DJ entertainment, photography, and specialty event enhancements, are available upon request.
06Does my rental time include setup and cleanup?
Yes. Your rental period includes all setup, event activities, and cleanup. Please plan accordingly to ensure all activities are completed within your reserved rental time.
07Can I schedule a private venue tour?
Of course! We would love to show you around Mingled Spaces. Private tours are available by appointment. Simply contact us to schedule a convenient time.
08Are weekday rental rates available?
Yes! We offer special weekday rental rates for events held Monday through Thursday, starting at $695. Contact us to learn more about availability and booking options.
09Can event packages be customized?
Absolutely! We understand that every celebration is unique. Our packages can be customized with additional décor, catering, entertainment, and other enhancements to complement your vision.
10Is a deposit required to secure my event date?
Yes. A deposit is required to officially reserve your event date. Deposit amounts, payment schedules, and booking terms will be provided during the reservation process.
